Dell G3 3579 Overheating (reaching 99 degrees)

Hey! This recent bios update for the system that removed under volting also has made the dell power manager weird as before my laptop would reach 90's from gaming with turbo boost and with the dell power manager on quiet mode it would set the frequency to 3.1 GHz (perfectly fine, CPU only was in the 70's maybe 80's) but now it'll still stay at 3.88 GHz and reach 99 degrees constantly from playing games. I've already cleaned out the fans less than 4 weeks ago and I have reapplied new thermal paste (Arctic M X-4 if anyone is asking). Just need some help figuring this out. Thank you.
