Dell G3 3590 that glitches and freezes

I have a Dell G3 3590 that glitches and freezes while booted to desktop. it all started after a bios update. i tried to roll back the update to the previous version but same problem persists. i even re-installed different versions of windows but nothing worked. infact it doesnt allow me to completely install windows. it gets stuck on the setup page and windows reports an error "something is preventing windows from completing installation. i had to take out the drive and re-install windows from another laptop then transfer the drive back. went to a tech shop and they advised to program the bios of the gpu but they didnt have the files. my gpu is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 4gb. does anyone have access to this files? or does anyone have an idea on how to solve this issue. its s frustrating that it happened just two months after am out of warranty and this motherboard costs an arm and a leg.
