Dell G5 15 slowly losing battery while gaming
Hey guys,
I've noticed that my laptop has been slowly losing battery percentage while I'm gaming while connected to the power source.
I've got the Dell G5 15 with a 1050 Ti and I've read that the 130w charger should work fine, but I'm not sure if the charger is not working currently of it the battery is the to fault.

can we overcome the issue of draining battery while gaming by having bigger watt adapters? like purchasing 240W adapter instead of 130W ?

I don't think that's going to help. Even with Alienware systems, which have the option of 240W or 330 W adapters, the battery is still used in the hybrid power scheme. Though I can't be definitive, I'd suspect exactly the same of the Inspiron (including G) series.
