Thank you for your message. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I will be glad to assist you with this.
What is the status of the hard drive in BIOS?
What kind of noise do you hear? Is it a grinding noise or clicking?
Please run a hardware diagnostic by following the video on this link
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
How to locate the service tag

bad hdd, if it makes bad sounds all HDD are bad. (knowing what is normal is skill sets)
the ePSA , run will tell you if it is good or bad.
there are no computers lacking problems, (as the saying goes, to err is human , really foul things up is a computer)
this will never end. vast single point failures and every year more parts added to fail, endless.
top 2 failures are
Batteries (both)
and HDD, best is upgrade to SSD end the 5 year cycle of death cheap HDD.
this pc can have
One M.2 2280 Solid-State Drive (SSD)
or hybrid, no sure what your has. not me.
