Dell Inspiron 13 5000 series
My laptop gets shut down automatically when the power cord is removed. We bought this in an online seller last July 2018. After I updated the windows update, the next day I cannot open my laptop. It need to plugged the power cord so that it will open. I'm from the Philippines, I hope somebody here knows a service center where I can visit to check my laptop. Your help is really appreciated.
