Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2 in 1 Keyboard not working unless onscreen keyboard on
Hi, I have the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2 in 1 and the keyboard does not work ie.can not type anything, unless the onscreen keyboard is set to on.
How do I change this so the keyboard works as it would normally without this on?
I have tried to find the setting to do this but no luck, might it be a setting when I set up the computer (only new).
Any advice much appreciated!

That can be a software issue. Try booting windows in safe mode. If it works there, then it is a software issue, and nothing else. But if it does not work even there, then the keyboard is bad, it won't work. You will have to use an external one, or the on screen keyboard
