Dell Inspiron 14 3442 isn't responding & stuck in Dell logo.
I saw New BIOS firmware available & after installing it, the computer rebooted itself & installed the BIOS firmware. Then when it rebooted, it just got stuck at the Dell Logo screen & doesn't respond on f12/F2 command anymore. What to do? How to fix it?

Welcome to the Dell Community @Anonymous
Disconnect the AC adapter.
Remove the "Main" battery.
Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds.
Connect AC and test.
If you are still unable to boot but are able to enter the BIOS try changing the "Drive Configuration"
