Dell Inspiron 14 3473 BSOD video tdr failure
Hello,
I recently acquired Dell Inspiron, but whenever I try to run Microsoft Word, the computer crashes with a BSOD.
I ran several diagnosis, and the only test that is failed is the Primary Surface Test for the graphic card, which is a Intel UHD graphics 600. The error code on that is WCV07-L5N.
I have updated the BIOS as well as all drivers, to no avail. I have also tried installing manually both an older version of the graphics driver, as well as the newest, but it still does not work properly.
The only thing that seems to be working is completely uninstalling the driver and use the Microsoft default driver, but that blocks me from trying to use other programs.
Is there any fix for this ?
Thank you

The only fix is to replace the GPU - which means replacing the mainboard. The GPU is part of the CPU - which is in turn soldered to the system board.
