Hi mewtlu,

Thanks for posting.  Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Your post doesn't mention if you've run a systems diagnostics yet.  If you can, press F12 while the system is starting and run the diagnostics.  Make a note of any error messages received and post back.

Hi there, cheers for the response. I can't run the F12 diagnostics as I receive no output on the monitor at all, so I don't know what's going on when I start the laptop. Nothing in that knowledge base seems to help sadly, but thanks for the link. Any other ideas?
