Dell Inspiron 15 Roll Back

Hi I have a Dell Inspiron 15. I did a factory reset and it cured my problem but during the dell update WI FI and Bluetooth the problem has reoccurred namely copy and paste I can only left click and drag so much. But before the update there was no problem I don't want tp do a factory reset again is there any way to undo this last action
