Dell Inspiron 5570 Dual Monitor issue

Hello Alturist,

I have 15” i5 8250U Cpu 1.60GHz 8gb 256SSD win10 home edition laptop with single port HDMI. Problem i am facing is, when u i connect two view sonic led display to it. One port is connected to the hdmi port and that monitor is working fine. The 2nd monitor is connected to the USB port using a converter.(it came with a cd to install the drive ) The problem that i am experiencing is :

1. 2nd monitor is all zoomed in there is no way i can zoom out minimize the icons.

2. If i shut down the pic.2nd monitor connected with usb still remained turned on with blue screen.

I have updated the graphics card. Nothing changed. Can anyone kindly help me solve this issue please. Or give a direction where I can go to fix it?

I have the same issue.
Second monitor only works 800x600 60Hz. But if I try in Ubuntu, it works 1920x1080 60Hz. So strange.
