Dell Inspiron N4110, AMD graphics card not working.

I have Dell Inspiron N4110 with two graphics one is Intel HD 3000 and another is AMD Radeon HD 6630M.But the AMD graphics isn't working from few days..I tried many solutions like completely deleting AMD graphics driver and installing new one, I also tried flashing AMD bios but it show "Error RAM is locked" and when I used GPU-Z to find about my graphics card and it is showing this:
