Dell Inspiron11 3000 series shuts off
I own Dell Inspiron 11, 3000 series. I have used this for 3 years already. the key board, particularly letter B and N do not function well. I have to really press hard or very lightly for it to work. Upon doing it, it shuts off right away. Also, when I move the laptop position it also shuts off even when I also touch the side of the screen. At first I thought it is the battery but it still happens even if it is plugged. What is happening?

Given the keyboard problems, I would suspect other keyboard problems than the two mentioned keys.
If you are up to it, reseating the keyboard cable would be a start. Replacing the keyboard is another option.
If you are not technically up to those tasks, take it to a repair shop.
