Dell Laptop does not turn on after BSOD unless the power button is pressed several times

Inspiron 14 5410/5418

Hi. My Dell Inspiron 5410 seems to turn off after a short blue screen of death. I'm not sure what caused it. I couldn't see the error code before it went out. I was able to see there's an unexpected shutdown event in the event viewer. The log is posted below. The laptop would not turn on for a few minutes while I kept pressing the power button several times. After a while it turns back on and seems to be working fine.

Any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.

The event ID signifies an unexpected shutdown and more on that can be found here at Windows Report. As for keywords, additional information on causes can be found here at appuals. In both cases it could be corrupt Windows files, CPU overheating, or driver issues.

Did you recently work inside of your notebook and maybe disassembled an assembled something?

Maybe something got "moved" into a not so good position or did you put something somewhere might cause some additional static electric charge happening which will have your system shut down and not start.

What you can always try is to do a manual reset, depending on your notebook type, this will be achieved with this procedure - might work wonders...

Maybe that helps.

PS. What came in my mind right now after the first reply : Did you try to run the HW Diagnostics in Bios and see if if detects anything there?

Thanks Fullyard for your response. When I bought the laptop, I added an SSD but that was in Feb 2022. Did not have any issues until July and then again a few days ago. I ran the diagnostics in bios and did not find any issues. Also changed the performance to cool mode just to make sure everything stays cool. But the room is always airconditioned, so there's no chance it got that hot to begin with.
