Dell Mobile Connect Not Supported
I purchased my new laptop Dell Inspiron 14 3442 from Dell Exclusive Store ( Name: Data Care Corporation). it has a WiFi Bluetooth connectivity feature. when I try to install a dell mobile connect app from Microsoft Store it says "Device not supported". I have even tried installing Dell Mobile Connect Drivers but it still doesn't work.
How can I fix this issue?
Help will be highly appreciated.

This forum post by Robert P should help. It refers to the Dell support page for DMC and how to install the program. However on the driver page the list of compatible systems does not show the 3442. And this Dell page states that systems bought before January 2018 are not supported. Looking at the 3442 support page I am wondering, is this a new or a refurbished system?
