Dell Power Manager not working after update.

I can't use "Dell Power Manager" after the new 3.1.0 update that was released today, it says "Install the DPM component service from Dell.com before using the application." I found it on Dell's site, but when clicking on "Download File" it redirects me to a 404 error. Please fix this Dell.

same here... its because the app from the Store is an older version v3.0.0 not the latest v3.1.0. blame Dell for not updating their app in time. pretty embarrassing if you ask me.

Thank you for your message. I will be glad to assist you with this.

What is the system model in question here?

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?

No you don't understand sir. I'm referring to the SECOND DOWNLOAD LINK inside of that link you posted, it just leads to a 404 error.

The file is still accessible via ftp ftp://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER05224566M/1/DellCommandPowerManagerAppx_3.1.4.0_x64_DPM.appxbundle BUT. it appears that the package has a bad certificate used to sign it. Looking at the appxbundle's digital signature, it is some unknown untrusted certificate. Not a proper Dell Inc certificate. This needs to be fixed too.

The DELL Power Manager App has been updated and is available in the Play Store to be installed or the update the then current version.

Nope, it's still broken. It brings a pop-up saying something about the DPM file.

The Dell Power Manager was updated with version 3.1.4 from the Microsoft Store and this solved the version problem that was introduced by installing 3.1.0 of the DPM Service, at least it did over here.

It looks like there is still a signed certificate error. I have tried several times and cannot seem to complete the installation because of it. It clearly states in the installation logs that due to enforcement of only allowing signed certificates to be installed, access is denied. I refuse to turn this security feature off.

Dell, please fix this.
