Dell inspiron 15 5000 keyboard issue i3

i.have.purchased.ispiron.15.5000.3moths.ack

n,b,space bar, 2 from num pad, left arrow, right arrow, down arrow works on its own wish.. (using on screen keyboard to type)

and sometimes these keys appear twice thrice and it's VEEEERRRRYYY IRRITATING..

i spoke to dell customer assistance for an hour the other day and all he did was asked me to press fn key with power button and f12 key at boot. and finally after an hour the call got disconnected on its own.

im really disappointed with @Anonymous 

when i have to WFH and this is what im doing.

even Question mark key isnt working.....
