Dell inspiron 5590 order delayed multiple times and no further update.

I have placed Dell 15 5590 order on 24th July and it has been delayed 3 times.

The last update is "Please contact us if you don't receive order by 21st Aug 2020" and still no update.

I have raised 3 service requests and no update on that as well.

I tried reaching dell customer care 1800 425 4002 and they will route to tech support team. 

Their they have waiting time of 30 to 45 minutes and call gets disconnected. Please help in cancelling order.

I am helpless and i can't go for other options. please consider this as first intimation for applying to consumer court (i will raise one more service request with this subject).
