After resetting my bios settings to its default setting it asks me for a system password every boot?!!!!

Welcome to the Dell Community @imessam
When you power-on the laptop, without touching anything it automatically asks for a password???
When asked for the password if you just hit enter 3 times do you receive a hash code???

Yes without touching anything it asks for a system password.
No nothing happens when pressing enter 3 times.
