Dell inspiron n5110 usb 3.0 not working when switching from Windows 10 to 7

Hello I recently downgraded my dell inspiron n5110 from Windows 10 to 7.

USB 3.0 hardware is not getting detected nor can I install usb 3.0 drivers As it says missing compatible hardware.

There is no Texas instrument usb controller which was present before and absolutely nothing in other devices.
