Disk usage 100% and ssd type in dell5583

I have bought dell 5583 since about 4 monthes , I had the 100% disk usage problem from the first day and I have tried all the posted solutions and nothing work , some people says that adding ssd solve the problem so I bought kingstone a400 , I am worried that it won't work on my laptop as i read somewhere , will it work on my laptop and are there any new solutions for 100% disk usage problem , as a graphic designer my work is really affected by this problem and i really needs help !
