Fail to update SSD on Dell G5 5505 SE

 I cant install this Toshiba-Solid-state-Drive-Firmware-Update-for-KBG40ZNS128G-KBG40ZNS256G-KBG40ZNS512G-KBG40ZNS1T02_TKNM3_WIN64_1041.106_A00.exe for my SSD. It fails. The installation log I think shows Error 1117 IOCTL failure.
