G3 3500 'G' (f7) does not work and awcc just stuck on loading

Posting under Alienware because I couldn't find a category for G series

I purchased a Dell G3 3500 just 5 hours ago. When I first switched it on the gaming button worked, I heard the fans switch on and command center opened up.

Then I set about personalizing my laptop and the only change I recall making is updating Nvidia experience center driver.

After a while I tried the G button, nothing happened. I tried opening awcc and it just loads, stays stuck on the loading screen.

I've tried uninstalling awcc and aw controls, and reinstalling both but does not work.

Cannot find any article that helps. Really frustrated especially because it hasn't even been a day since I got the laptop

G models are actually Inspiron models. Lots of us are confused by the hidden names. See what awcc features are available for your model-- https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-us/sln128904/alienware-command-center-quick-guide?lang=en

You were wrong to update any drivers. Dell customizes laptop drivers and software from all manufacturers for your exact motherboard. Reinstall the original drivers for the Nvidia, AWCC software and hardware.
