G5 15-5587, same problem with azerty keyboard

I bought my computer two years ago (in september), and until now everything was fine.

But like some weeks ago I started so experienced some problems with it. 
Without warning some specific keys stop working, especially at start, then randomly.

The problematic keys are mostly forming like a diagonal line pattern :

: F1, é, Z, S, X and MAJ-SHIFT

this seems happening mostly to AZERTY keyboards (the only 4 people who have reported this had azerty), and some users where thinking it might be related to a bios-update.
And the concerned keys are exactly the same as mine.

It is very frustrating, because I need my computer a lot for my work.

What to do ? Is there a technical solution ? What about the garantee ?
