I have absolutely had it with Dell

Everything that I try and do with this Dell Inspiron 7570 does not work.

I am particularly irritated at the moment:

Problem 1: Searching for USB Boot results in not a single accurate search return

Problem 2: Cannot even get it to EASILY boot from a USB as we used to previously

Problem 3: The initial hardware scan gets down to 1 second and then does not finish even though this is 100% Dell (Partly, because I cannot add a new SSD)

Problem 3:  New SSD automatically and unexplained shut-off and no solution as covered by many topics

Problem 4: Trying to understand how to change the boot options needs a double post-graduate degree from Harvard and Oxford

Problem 5: Whenever I go into an enterprise, they look at the laptop and ask with a question mark in their tone "Dell?" How does that work?

I am going to ditch Dell and buy something else, never to return to Dell again.

These issues occur after done some driver updates.....mainly the BIOS????  What does DELL Support say?  Run any diagnostics?
