I want to change the wifi card in my DELL Inspiron 13 5379 2-IN- 1. I wanto to know if this wifi (INTEL WIFI 6 AX200 NGW) is compatiblewith my laptop

That card should work fine with your system.

On many of those 13 inch 2-in-1 systems, the Wi-Fi card is soldered in place and cannot be changed. You might check the service manual to see if it gives instructions on how to change the card and find the picture that shows how it is installed.
What card do you currently have installed?
