Inspirion Boot Up Issue

I recently purchased a 15.6" 2 in 1 Inspirion and when it shuts down it takes a long period of time to boot back up. To get it to reboot I've been having to hold the power button down for 15-30 seconds and releasing repeating for a matter of minutes until the device reboots. Any advice or ways to help?
