Inspirion E1505 laptop will not turn on
I have a dell inspiron that will not turn on, it doesn't register that it is plugged in even with the light on the plug being green. Is there any way to get the information off of the hard drive? I have important docs I need to recover

Remove the hard drive.
Attach it to a SATA-USB adapter and connect to a working PC.
Newegg, Amazon, Best Buy sells them.
