Inspiron 15 3576, slow

This Inspiron 15 3576 (Purchased July 17, 2018. Warranty expired on November 7, 2019) with an i7 and runs like complete . I have reset this laptop before. I have uninstalled apps and tried so many things but it still is so slow. This morning it took forever to start up from sleep and then had every single app open and wouldn't let me go to desktop or minimise anything. Eventually, it did and so I got to the app I needed, only for the laptop to show I had no WiFI connection and it wouldn't even show me the WiFi options or allow to turn it off and on again. Why was this made so poorly?

ePSA error code 2000-0142 means the 1KT1K 1TB internal hard drive is intermittently failing. This is why the PC is slow. You should try to backup the data to an external USB drive and then replace the internal drive.
