Hello Dell, I very upset Because I Have Slowest System than Acer Aspire which is Use Ryzen 3 Mobile CPUs!
Processor Management Are Suck...
My System here :
Dell Inspiron 15 3000 3585 Ryzen 5 2500u
bios: 1.40
RAM : 12GB ( 10GB Usable)
Windows 10 Home Insider Preview ( Although I use Windows 10 Home or Pro, This Laptop still Unstable Like random BSOD dpc_watchdog, Lower CPU clock, fake throttling, and more That's why I choose Insider Preview less problem than release version)
Charger using Dell 45W Original from dell
All Driver in the newest version
Sometime when I doing some productivity, This processor run underclocks too... Although I Slide Power mode to High performance...
Temperatures below 70CTemperatures below 70C

Fix with Updating bios And Add Minimum Clock to 2.0GhZ Ratio X20 . And Max 3.2GhZ ratio X32
And For Power Saving Mode to 1.8GhZ ratio X1.8 Its stable for daily Use
