Inspiron 15 5509, delivered but not the same as web site image

On trust of Dell Web site I had purchased online Dell  New Inspiron 15  5509 Laptop  on 25/11/2020. But I am very much surprised to note that image shown on Dell web site is totally different which I have received new Inspiron  15 5509 laptop on 03/11/2020. More over on that date Cash Back offer does not shown on website. I want refund or replacement with same 5509 laptop which is still shown on Dell website. Please help.

Dell care team do not give any solution nor refunding my money back.

The Dell India Care team reached out.

In most locations, Dell offers a 30-day (from shipment) replacement guarantee.  Call and arrange an exchange.

You will likely want to be more specific about what you ordered relative to what you think you did not receive when you place the replacement order.
