Inspiron 15 5577, stuck on boot screen booting from USB

Purchased October 1, 2017. Warranty expired January 4, 2019. I am having the latest BIOS ( 1.1.3 ) version and also the latest firmware version drivers. I am using Inspiron 15 5577 and planning to expand the SSD,

So I was just trying to prepare the recovery USB first I already did that I am currently having Windows 10 + Ubuntu 16.04 (although support site shows only Ubuntu 12.04).

I have created Bootable USB for both ( Windows Using Recovery Tool ) and ( Ubuntu using Rufus ).

It detects Pendrive(USB) but for both the cases its getting stuck at splash screen seems like infinite loop!!

Can someone please help me with the same?
