Inspiron 15 7537, partitions gone, OS recovery different computer not working

Hello,

I've messed up with my aging Inspiron 15 7537. The purchased 1 year warranty expired on November 4, 2014. I managed to somehow delete all partitions, so Windows 10 won't start and I can't reinstall Windows 10 from the recovery partition either of course.

The Dell OS Recovery Tool says "No OS images defined for the product" when I enter the Service Tag.

What do I do?

August 7 update = I'm downloading this tool to make the USB. Will it recognise that I previously activated Windows 10 on my laptop then?
