Inspiron 3493, blurry/fuzzy/distorted display

As mentioned in the subject, the new systems display is blurry/fuzzy/distorted. I tried contacting Dell social media support and no one is able to find a solution for the same. This is my first and worst experience using a Dell laptop. Very worst customer support team and nobody is bothered to take any action on the issue. The system is not gifted by Dell (or) their representative to me. Dell is not valued for my money that I paid for purchasing the same. System is running on a warranty and no one is ready to do the on site service or replacement for the one.
