Inspiron 3583 - I just changed out my memory card from 4G to 16G

I just powered up my 3583 after changing out my memory card and I have a screen from Support Assist that reads:  warning message   Alert! the amount of system memory has changed

There are button in bottom right corner that read:  Continue      BIOS Setup    Diagnostics

Which button should I select?
