Inspiron 5548 not detecting WiFi networks

My Inspiron 5548 stopped detecting WiFi networks about 1 week ago. Nothing changed in settings. One day it just stopped seeing networks. Once in a while it will see 1 or 2 networks that it already logged onto before. But it won’t see others. When that happens, some times it connects to the internet, and other times not. It’s very strange and inconsistent. I read I should uninstall my network drivers and reinstall, but I’m not sure exactly what driver I should uninstall and I’m afraid of doing more damage :-(

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
