Inspiron 5576 video malfunction

My Inspiron 5576 now cannot show anything on its own monitor. I can only use external monitor via HDMI to use my laptop.

I have contacted a computer repair company and they tell me there is a transistor burnt out on the motherboard, causing the problem. They have had it removed, but they don't know what exact type of transistor it is.

The motherboard is shown in the picture below. The red frame area is where the transistor supposed to be.

Motherboard serial number is DAAM9CMBAD0 REV:D

Could anyone, especially Dell technician guys, help me identify which type the transistor should be?
