Inspiron 5593, keyboard triggering incorrect symbol
I've just received my Inspiron 5593 and the 2 key is triggering a " instead of @. And then when I Shift+" I get the @ symbol. Is there a way to reassign this so it's triggering the @ at 2? I don't want to have to send it back!

Verify that the keyboard set to the correct language/region.
Press the left alt + shift simultaneously, then 2. Does the @ appear?

The left alt + shift simultaneously seems to have fixed it! @ " # are all triggering correctly now.

I have a KM713 keyboard and am having exactly the same problem. The solution is not working for me though.
