Inspiron 7000 series x3 gone bad....

Inspiron 7373 2-in-1 -  Inspiron 7370 -  Inspiron 7370 -  These laptops have lasted a year and a month. Started about a month ago... The machines would go to sleep but would not wake up. Keyboards backlight on, fan on, but no-ones home, no display. Then it got worse. When restarting Windows, it would just halt once Windows was done and not come back on, again keyboard lights, no display etc. I've tried pretty much everything I can to stop it happening. SupportAssist says it has the latest drivers and BIOS. Windows is up-to-date and the machines are general office machines that sit on the desk having an easy life. The worst part is that the warranty expired a month ago! Any chance of some help Dell to get these looked at? Need them to work and expect a machine to last longer than a year, warranty or not. Thank you.
