Inspiron 7537 won't start after win 10

Windows 10 did a forced update and now laptop is a brick.  Just clicks about to start then nothing over and over again.  Did the battery trick didnt work. Changed cmos battery. Nothing. Upgraded power cord for alien ware because thats what i read sometimes worked. Nothing. No warranty anymore.  And dont exactly have the money to buy a new one.  So what can fix this brick from the forced windows virus 10.
