Inspiron G3 15-3579, slow startup after restarts
I updated the bios to the latest version. I had a problem to reinstall new windows, but my friend fixed it for me. He took two days. Now, it takes 40 seconds to startup after automatic restarts. Also have black screen and the laptop became slower. Can anyone help me please?

You can try to do a clean boot and disable all start up apps in your system:

The warranty on this Inspiron G3 15-3579 is through the United Arab Emirates. It has the Carry-in warranty to 12-31-19.
Did your friend reinstall our OEM Dell image of the operating system? Or a retail version of the operating system?
