Inspiron G7 15 7500, black screen

Hello,  I've checked multiple post for exact issue but no luck ( similar but not exact )  .  maybe someone out here knows.   So,  I just purchased this laptop and received it on Nov 27,2020.  I turn on the unit and its beautiful except for one thing. 

The Screen randomly goes black .  the laptop works and it still runs but you cannot see anything .  the only way to get the screen back on is to close the laptop and open it back up and the screen comes back on , right where you left off .  I called numerous times to Dell Support and have done every test and downloaded all new updates , but to no avail .  I did find a solution for now, apparently if you press Ctrl + Shift + Windows key + B  at the same time , it will reboot the video card and the screen reappears .  is anyone familiar with this problem and /or  should I just ask for a replacement as this is an awesome laptop?
