Lag(1-2) seconds
Hii guys I have just got my dell 7577 laptop from Dell Egypt after replacing my keyboard I just feel a lag on my system that be noticed when opening firefox or google chrome I feel a lag (1-2) seconds freezing my mouse from moving for just 1 second this lag wasnot on my laptop before (i tried to insatall any version of windows 10 with my laptop drivers from dell but the problem still there so anyone have a solution please

Thank you for your message. Have you tried changing the touchpad sensitivity?
Type settings on the start screen – click on devices – Touchpad – change sensitivity check if it set to low.
Open Dell Support Assist- Troubleshoot a particular piece of hardware – click on mouse & run scan check if the lag persists here.
What is the BIOS version installed?
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
