Lag when Gaming While my Laptop Plugged in

My Problem is : when i play cod warzone or any online game while my Laptop Plugged in there is too much lag and FPS Drop , when i remove the cable of charger & Play at battery i see that game is very stable and FPS reach to 100 and more 

i have try many solution but none of them fix my problem

My Specs : 

Dell G5 5587 Intel I5-8300H 

Ram 16 , SSD 256 , 1 HDD , GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design 6GB

Hope to find any solutions here !!

thanks for your replay but unfortunate this solution as u said doesn't work while playing COD or any online game

Yes, I know. Basically we're out of luck because these CPUs run hot and the way they're designed is flawed. There used to be solutions with undervolting, but latest BIOS updates prevent that.

 

If you're lucky enough to be on an older BIOS, try undervolting your CPU using ThrottleStop.

Your post doesn't indicate if you've been able to perform a systems diagnostics yet.  Please run Dell SupportAssist or press F12 at startup, make a note of any error messages found and post back.

I was already checked my laptop with support assist tool but didn't find any issue or problem it was said that my pc running smoothly and perfectly however its not a hardware issue , the latest bios version cause this problem to all DELL G Series but unfortunately there is no solution for it till now

i have same issue with inspiron 3593 and undervolting doesnot solve the problem,meanwhile you all can downgrade bios version ,there is a way .but i stil have the problem. fps is stable on battery only i need heeeeeeelppppppppp
