To get this information you need to log on to support, enter your model number and most importantly Enter your Service Tag Number. 

That will open all the hardware information on your Particular notebook, You should download and read your Service Manual there you will find out how to open your notebook

You will find all your specification for your particular notebook in the Specification Tab

Keep virus protection up to date. "I use Malwarebytes Premium"

Run "Disk Cleanup" once a month.

Run "Defrag" once a month. "Not required if SSD is installed."

Windows Defender should update automatically.

But I also use a third party virus protection. "Malware Bytes"

I like to check for updates myself just in case "Autoupdates" is not working.
