Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the main battery from the system board. Hold the power button for 30 sec. Reconnect the battery, replace the cover and powerup. That should reset the setup to defaults.
MUX SWITCH is bugged in the last NVIDIA driver. While Dell work in a solution I needed to disconnect video cable form system board and use external monitor to see BIOS screen.
I'm having the same problem with the same model, when I disable Optimus in the BIOS, Only a hard reset reverted the settings in the BIOS to default (Optimus Enabled), still everytime I disable Hybrid Graphics I boot to a black screen.

So, dont do MUX SWITCH!!!
