Microphone headset not detected, driver missing

Hi, my audio driver in Inspiron 7472 missing its driver so the microphone from the headset not working. When I use my headset to make a call or video call, only the microphone from the laptop that works. How can I use the microphone from my headset? Which audio driver that works on my headset and mic?
