Monitor going black when moving it

Hi,

I am using Dell  inspiron15 laptop with windows 10

I am having this monitor going black issue since an year. It is going black when I move the laptop. And it is displaying again with Lock Screen in seconds some times taking couple of minutes with Lock Screen .

please let me know the fix for this issue.
