No bootable devices
Dell Inspiron 15 5000
Long story short, HDD not installed, bought a new one, same size
Run tests, it works, no hardware issues detected, and now no bootable devices found
Dug around a lot of forum posts. Disabled secure boot, disabled PTT in order to enable Legacy option roms, chose legacy in boot list, and still nothing. It'll either give me the same message or open up what looks like a command prompt version of the bios setup page
Don't know if I should even bother with this or just return the hard drive and get a new laptop

Did you bother reading anything beyond the first few lines?

Did you assume a Dell was running a Mac OS?

Were you expecting a brand new SSD to just boot up into Windows?

Why yes I did.
