No internet connection, says it locked with pin2
Hi,
I just bought a new laptop. It's Dell Latitude 5580. I can't establish an internet connection. :( I have an old fully working sim card that I put into the laptop. The laptop recognises the sim card and the mobile operator. It asked for the pin which I put in and it was unlocked. ..but it still wouldn't connect so I used the diagnostics. That one tells me that I have to unlock the mobile broadband by using the sim2 code!
I had never heard of a sim2 code before. I asked the code from my operator and I have it now, but I can't find the place where I should enter it. :(
Please help me! I'm sorry if I'm using the incorrect terms but english is not my first language. The computer terms give me sometimes trouble even in Finnish and thats my mother tongue. :D

PIN2 comes from the SIM card and SIM errors are usually resolved with a new SIM card from the service provider.

Your SIM card is locked to your cellular provider. You'll have to get the unlock code from them.
